Gina Scamardo is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana who fell in love with South Mississippi on weekend trips so she made it her home and brought her two daughters with her. Today, Gina is a top Latter & Blum Realtor in South Mississippi and particularly enjoys helping other New Orleanians find their perfect weekend or Summer home, on the Gulf Coast. She became a licensed Realtor in Louisiana in 1995 and moved her license to Mississippi when she moved to the Coast in 1999. She maintains an active real estate business in both states and works in Louisiana from Latter & Blum’s Slidell office.  Gina is now the managing broker for our Bay St. Louis office, as well as an associate broker in Louisiana. 

Gina excelled in her real estate career from the start, but in 2020 she took her career to the next level when she became an Installed Ninja Real Estate Advisor. The client-centric, relationship-based system helped Gina thrive and she’s now a Top Producing Realtor who not only exceeds her client's expectations but mentors new Realtors and encourages them to walk the Ninja Path that she’s incredibly proud to follow.

Gina enjoys mentoring new Realtors so much that she began teaching both a Ninja Skills class and a Marketing Skills class on a weekly basis starting in 2021 and continues to do so. In doing so, she has helped many new and experienced Realtors alike learn new ways to be successful in assisting their own clients to fulfill their dreams.  Through Ninja Skills, Gina helps new and experienced Realtors to discover the process of "Ninja Selling", teaching them to focus on positive outcomes, using yearly business plans to set goals, celebrating those small accomplishments that lead to bigger and better things and how to live one's life on purpose. Her Marketing Skills class focuses on how Realtors can market themselves and build their brand by utilizing social media, local networking gatherings, and making connections with people in their community.

Gina is a member of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Association of Realtors and the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. Gina is a die-hard Saints fan, a watersports lover, and an outdoor enthusiast. Her world revolves around her two daughters Taylor and  Ericka and being GiGi to her three beautiful grandchildren...Malaki, Lyrik and Carmella.
